Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoboDuniya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must complete the consent process before you can use the platform.

2. Age Requirements

• Under 13: Parental or guardian consent required. Parent/guardian is responsible for supervising use.
• 13–17: May use the platform; parental guidance recommended.
• 18+: Full access. Teachers and school accounts are subject to additional terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share personal information (real name, address, phone number) in public designs or comments
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users's accounts or data
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Harass, bully, or harm other users

4. Teacher & School Responsibilities

• Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents/guardians before adding students under 13 to a class.
• Schools must ensure their use of RoboDuniya complies with local education data privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, DPDP Act 2023).
• Teachers must not share class codes or student data with unauthorised parties.

5. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents who approve consent for under-13 accounts are responsible for monitoring their child's use.
• Parents may request account deletion at any time via our data deletion page.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of robot designs and content you create. By saving or sharing content, you grant RoboDuniya a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Safe Content Filter

The platform automatically filters user-generated text (design names, comments) to prevent the sharing of personal information such as email addresses and phone numbers. Attempts to bypass this filter may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

RoboDuniya's platform, code, lessons, and original content are owned by RoboDuniya and protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute platform content without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time via settings or the data deletion page.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

RoboDuniya is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
